About
Hi, my name is Jenny, and I am excited to work with various populations especially parents, people in intimate relationships, and teens! I understand that the demands of life can often impact our relationships and how we communicate with one another. We may find that the constant stress can make us feel overwhelmed anxious and sometimes even depressed. I personally have lived experience with the effects of anxiety, and I know how difficult it can be to manage so that it does not become so intrusive in all areas of your life.
Whether it’s feeling that you’re not being understood, struggling to find your own identity, or finding difficulty managing things like anxiety, grief, depression, and relationships. I can help!
My goal is to provide a safe space for you to explore and understand your feelings while still balancing the many demands of life. I want to work with you to find a plan to effectively navigate these everyday stressors, so that you can feel more comfortable and confident in your own life. I look forward to beginning this journey with you!
