I see people for a range of issues, but my concentration areas are: depression, anxiety, relationship issues, betrayals, self sabotage, trauma and PTSD. I have also developed a special interest in helping women who are in the stages of perimenopause, menopause and post-menopause.
I love working with veterans, first responders and law enforcement (and their family members), but I welcome all people from all walks of life. I will work closely with you to develop goals that are attainable and holistic in nature and will tailor our sessions to your individual needs.
