I am a licensed clinical psychologist and I have been treating children, adolescents, young adults, and families for over 13 years. I practice from a client-centered approach where your needs and goals in treatment are primary. Each session we will check in to make sure what we are doing in your treatment is helping you meet your goals. I have a friendly and laid-back demeanor that clients have told me they appreciate in helping them feel more at ease in therapy.
I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma and stress-related disorders using therapy methods that are research-based and can have a significant impact on improving symptoms. I also focus on supporting general mental health and wellness using motivational and whole mind-body approaches.
I offer a free 15-minute screening phone call so we can discuss your current concerns and goals to ensure this is a good fit for your care. For minors, one parent must be present to consent to treatment. (This practice is not affiliated with my practice at Kaiser- to avoid conflict of interest I am not able to treat minor Kaiser members in this practice)
