I use a strengths-based approach working with adolescents and young adults. I believe that each person already holds the capacity for growth, resilience, and meaningful change. My role is to help clients recognize and build upon their existing strengths while developing practical, sustainable tools to navigate challenges with greater confidence and clarity.
