With a deep commitment to helping individuals reclaim their lives and quiet the noise of anxious thoughts, I support clients navigating major life transitions, grief and loss, caregiving, family conflict, breakups, interpersonal conflicts, and complicated relationships. I work with trauma survivors, especially survivors of narcissistic abuse, helping clients heal from childhood trauma, relational wounds, and unhealthy patterns while building clarity, resilience, and connection. I also provide affirming, nonjudgmental support for LGBTQ+ clients and consensual nontraditional relationships including polyamory.
I specialize in treating anxiety, trauma, perfectionism, relationship & interpersonal challenges, effects of narcissistic abuse, toxic workplaces, loneliness, parenthood, and difficult family dynamics.
