My approach is empathetic and nurturing, fostering self-reflection and personal growth. My career began in psychiatric units and crisis centers, extending to psychiatric community homes. Currently, I work with children, adolescents, and adults, addressing diverse mental health needs. Creating a therapeutic relationship based on honesty, enthusiasm, and success is my priority. My mission is to meet each client where they are and work collaboratively on their therapeutic journey.
I have extensive experience working with clients who have experienced trauma(s). I am trained in CBT, TF-CBT, ARC Grow, Perinatal Mental Health, PCIT, Child and Parent Psychotherapy and infant and early childhood mental health. I utilize the many interventions and trainings I value to develop and utilize an individualized approach for each client I meet.
