Are you depressed? Do you feel alone in a room full of people? Do you find yourself wanting to cry but not knowing why? I specialize in depression treatment among different populations- infertility, perinatal mood disorders, older adults, and midlife adults. Another speciality includes caregiving and different types of grief. You don't have to do this alone. I believe therapy makes the world a better place and you are brave for seeking help.
I specialize in depression treatment among different populations- infertility, PMADs (perinatal and postpartum mood and anxiety disorders), depression, grief, older adults, and caregiving. The 3 niches are different, but also are related- as each one needs space to hold for processing stressors and examining coping skills.
Our thoughts, feelings, actions, and physical bodies are all connected. Through providing a safe, nonjudgmental space, I will help you discover how it is all connected for you personally. Twin Life: Support group for Parents of Twins and Multiples- A safe space to process and gain support for multiples. Everything is harder with twins and multiples. Come share your story, gain support, and learn coping techniques to help navigate the isolating and hectic world of multiples. Requirement: have twins/multiples or are currently pregnant with multiples. Virtual, weekly on Tuesdays 12pm. $70 per session

Support for during and after a NICU stay- A safe place to share your story, process the trauma, and gain support. The NICU is a unique experience that is scary, isolating and traumatic. No matter where you are in the NICU journey, you are welcome. Requirement: a NICU admission either currently or in the past. Virtual, weekly on Thursdays at 4pm. $70 per session
