I offer in-person therapy for clients in Missouri, as well as online therapy (telehealth) for individuals located in Texas and Florida. I work with children (ages 4 and up), teens, adults, and couples.
Many of my clients are navigating challenges related to depression, anxiety, OCD, or simply feeling overwhelmed by life. I also have a deep passion for working with couples who want to improve communication, develop healthy conflict resolution skills, recover from infidelity, or process grief and loss together.
I am a parent of 3 children (15, 13, 13) who are juggling school and sports on a weekly basis. This helps me to understand some of the current struggles in our community and schools. Sometimes just falling into bed at night is the best time of the day, and the safest.
I have loved seeing the impact counseling has had on my clients these last few years. Sometimes we just need to have a person in our lives to hear us, and help us talk through things. I would love to be that person for you, and walk with you on your mental health journey.
