Hello, my name is Jenny Alzate. I am a Bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor. I have been working in the mental health field for over 25 years. I provide a safe and nurturing environment so that true transformation can occur. My specialty is integrating mind-body medicine, energy medicine, spirituality and somatic therapy into my clinical practice. My ideal client, is a woman, who is high functioning, in burn out, emotionally disconnected and stuck in relationships that are no longer serve her. The woman who knows she's ready to thrive, and live in her divine feminine energy.

I provide individual counseling to adults, primarily concentrating on women's issues. These include dealing with divorce, experiencing domestic violence, abuse, difficulty managing children, parenting issues, substance abuse, marital discord, Anxiety, Depression, Mood disorders and PTSD. sessions can be in Spanish or English.
