Hey y’all - I’m really glad you’re here. Taking the first step toward healing isn’t easy, and I truly honor the courage it takes to reach out. My name is Jennique, though many people know me as Ms. Jai. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with children, teens, and adults navigating the effects of trauma. I help clients retrain their brains and calm their nervous systems so they can better manage anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, and life’s unexpected transitions.
My approach to therapy is client-centered and conversational. I often describe therapy as a road trip. You’re in the driver’s seat, and I’m right there in the passenger seat. You set the direction and pace, and I help navigate, notice patterns, and offer guidance along the way.
