I can imagine during these crazy times you are just trying acclimate to all the changes that are occurring around you. New and different work and school schedules, parenting and teaching at the same time, giving so much to everyone, and things are just a bit out of control. You used to have it all together but this year things may have fallen apart a little, gotten a bit harder, just more complicated. You are exhausted and you don't think you can do it anymore. You're so tired. It's time for a change.

I can help you get there.
My office provides a safe space for children, adolescents and adults to work through everyday challenges, big and small adjustments as well as more serious trauma. My hope is to enable individuals, children, and families to navigate through all these types of challenges, identify solutions and improve overall communication so that you can enjoy life.
