Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, are a new parent, or challenges navigating life stressors, you will be met with unwavering empathy and support. I recognize that it is not always easy taking the first step to reach out for help. My goal is to provide a safe, therapeutic space for clients to process, offer guidance, instill hope, and assist with strengthening one’s toolbox to navigate life’s challenges. Together, we will work to set tangible goals to address any social or emotional challenges you are experiencing.
Over the past 10+ years I’ve worked with adults and adolescents in a variety of settings including outpatient, inpatient and school districts. My clinical focus is on depression, anxiety, trauma, self esteem, life transitions, & with specialized training in advanced perinatal mental health and responding to behavioral/mental health crises.
I utilize an eclectic therapeutic approach and a trauma focused lens with my clients. I recognize that each client and circumstance is unique, and treatment is individually tailored.
