I work with teens, women, and autistic individuals who are navigating anxiety, identity, relationships, and the pressure to “fit in.” Many of my clients are thoughtful, sensitive, and deeply aware—but feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure of where they belong.
I am a neurodiversity-affirming and LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist, and supporting autistic women is especially meaningful to me. Together, we create a space where you don’t have to mask, perform, or explain yourself—you can just be.
When working with children and teens, I believe in the power of having just one person who truly sees and believes in them. My goal is to help each client build self-acceptance, confidence, and the freedom to express who they really are.
