For twenty years I have helped my clients cope with a variety of issues including: depression, anxiety, parenting, divorce, affairs, eating disorders, relationships, communication, grief and loss, setting appropriate boundaries, increased self-confidence and self-esteem.
I specialize in working with older teens and young adults who are looking for support to help them navigate their life decisions. I also enjoy working with mothers who need support around parenting, marriage, relationships, pregnancy and postpartum.
