About
I work with individual adults and couples. If you are feeling lonely, disconnected and stuck, I can help you make positive long-long changes. My goal is for you to feel clear, confident and empowered to live life your way, not the way other people might want you to live. Couples, please contact me before your relationship is in crisis. You will save time and money by coming in sooner than later. The longer negative, repetitive patterns and cycles of conflict and arguments continue, the harder and longer it takes to heal. Words spoken cannot be taken back. Be kind to yourselves and put your relationship in a position to win.
I work collaboratively with adults, and couples from diverse populations, including the LGBTQ+ community. My approach is integrative and includes psychodynamic, client-focused, family systems, and attachment theory. I also incorporate CBT, which is problem-focused and goal-directed to give you concrete and practical tools.
My work concentrates on your strengths, internal resources, and resilience. As a warm and compassionate person, I provide a judgment-free space for you to explore how to make positive and productive decisions. I am committed to facilitating your personal growth.
