I love working with children, teenagers, and adults struggling with behavioral concerns and mental health related issues. I have experience working with children, teens, and adults, using play based therapy, attachment therapy (TBRI), and incorporate elements of CBT, DBT, IFS, neurofeedback, and ACT. I am trained in EMDR therapy as well as have been a trainer for Motivational Interviewing.
