I am in my 18th year of private practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and have enjoyed a varied career with clients from all walks of life. I enjoy helping people reframe their circumstances, tap into their strengths, and move forward with confidence in Christ and themselves. My unapologetically spiritual perspective incorporates the best of clinical tools combined with the spiritual essence of who we are.
My background with individuals, couples, and families gives me a strong foundation in helping clients navigate not only a current circumstance or past trauma but also the complexities of relationships that determine our true quality of life. I utilize CBT, DBT, EMDR, and narrative therapy to give clients the tools for resilience we all desire.
My practice has been built on my own difficult life experiences and how those have led me to tools that work. Having a great life does not mean having a life without struggle but having a life where you are satisfied that you are doing your best, sharing in others' struggles to provide support when you can, and showing grace to yourself and others as you go.
