I will help you to gain a better understanding on patterns of behavior, work towards resolving underlying issues, and changing your mindset in order to heal and develop inner peace.
I have been a mental health therapist for almost 19 years. I can assist you with understanding how your thoughts and feelings have an impact on behaviors. I can offer stress management techniques, and we will work towards reducing negative self-talk in order to have an overall healthier relationship with yourself and others. I am also certified in ART.
