I am passionate about helping people make functional and impactful changes in their lives. I absolutely love seeing the "light bulb" go off for someone and getting to be part of someone's journey as they become empowered to make changes. I believe that understanding one's experiences leads to insight and awareness that informs change. I love the brain and neuroscience and helping people to understand why they are experiencing specific symptoms. Compassion for self comes from understanding.
I offer traditional psychotherapy. I also believe that for some people, talk therapy isn't enough and doesn't work as well. Or maybe someone has just done a lot of it and wants to try something new. I can incorporate energy and sound healing into virtual sessions with crystal bowls and other healing instruments within psychotherapy sessions as well.
If you are motivated, open and seeking to explore how to make changes in your life, but don't know quite where to start I would be happy to help you. I not only have a lot of professional experience but a great deal of life experience too. I am a real person who has a lot of empathy and I'm a natural helper.
