I specialize in trauma-informed therapy for adults and couples, including first responders and their spouses. Trained in EMDR and Brainspotting, I help clients process unresolved experiences, reduce anxiety, and calm nervous system stress. In couples work, I integrate Gottman-informed skills with a trauma lens to rebuild safety and communication.
