I am a Clinical SW and a certified Sex Therapist with experience in working with individuals, couples, and addressing women's issues, including infertility and illness. My primary focus is on providing sex therapy to couples and individuals facing sexuality concerns, sexual dysfunction and pain, gender identity questioning, and intimate relationship issues. I had the honor of being the only female AASECT certified Sex Therapist in the state of ME when I received my certification in 2012. We are sexual beings from birth; early messages, culture, religion, health, and past experiences can significantly impact sexuality & intimacy.

In therapy, you can learn new ways to express and explore the joy of sexuality, considering all of these complexities. I am a poly- and kink-aware therapist, and I also offer NON-therapy educational consultations on sexual health and function. My training and life experiences have equipped me with the skills to help you achieve healthy sexuality.

As a chronic illness survivor & past experience with infertility, I understand the effects of illness on the physical, emotional, psychological, sexual and spiritual aspects of our being. As a parent and consultant, I educate parents and adults that support youth on raising sexually healthy children through workshops and parent consultations.

Raising Sexually Healthy Children virtual workshop
