Have you ever felt a pull toward something that just felt right? That’s how I felt in college when I watched a lecture on mental health that completely captivated me. In that moment, I knew I wanted to become a therapist. The speaker’s passion for helping others inspired me to walk alongside people as they navigate life’s challenges, ask big questions, and build more authentic lives. I still wake up grateful to do this work—it felt like a calling then, and it still does. I tailor therapy to each person, drawing from Gottman Method, DBT, CBT, and trauma-informed, strengths-based approaches.
I view the therapeutic relationship as a collaborative space to explore, grow, and even find joy. Clients describe me as compassionate and a focused listener who validates their experiences. They also appreciate the diverse resources I share. I'm always learning, reading, and finding new ways to support the healing process.
