Grieving the loss of a loved one can feel lonely, isolating, catastrophic and disorienting. You may feel as if no one truly understands what it is like to grieve someone you loved so much. Grief can feel even more overwhelming when it is accompanied by trauma. You deserve to feel understood, supported and cared for while you grieve.

I primarily work with adults, children and families who are grieving traumatic losses. I am trained in EMDR and have extensive, specialized training in grief. I am uniquely skilled in supporting folks who have lost loved ones to suicide loss, homicide loss, overdose loss and other forms of traumatic death.

I bring my own deep, personal understanding of traumatic loss as well as my clinical training into my work. Every griever deserves the opportunity to tell their story in a warm, judgement free place. You will continue to love and grieve your person who has died for the rest of your life, but you do not have to walk the journey alone.
