I am Jennifer Weiskott, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 21 years of experience working with adult clients. My expertise includes helping individuals navigate and heal from domestic violence, sexual assault, trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, postpartum depression, and OCD. Throughout my career, I've utilized a variety of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based therapy, strengths-based therapy, Gestalt therapy, trauma-focused therapy, and empowerment therapy.
