It may seem impossible, but these things can change and you can feel relief. I work collaboratively with clients to find what approach is most comfortable to you and will provide you with the most support and growth. Together we can find ways to heal from the unease and discomfort of these struggles and work to create harmony in your daily life.

As a therapist, I am client centered and focused on meeting you where you are. I utilize several evidence based practices, including EMDR, a trauma treatment that helps unlock and reprocess memories reducing the emotional charge attached to them. I can also integrate the Christian faith into the sessions for those who appreciate that perspective.

No matter where you are on your journey, whether you are at the beginning or somewhere along the way, having someone to share the load is important.
