Jennifer Watson is not currently accepting new clients.
Whatever you are going through, you don't have to go through it alone. In therapy we work together to transform your distress into something meaningful: an opportunity for healing and growth. My guidance is non-judgmental and focused on your particular needs and strengths. You can get unstuck from longstanding patterns, improve your coping, shift your thinking, and nurture better relationships. I hope treatment provides my clients with pathways to feeling connected, creative, and courageous during tough times.
I provide therapy for children, teens, and adults and also specialize in parent coaching and cultural issues. Treatment can be intensive for longstanding concerns such as relationship difficulties, poor body image, stress and trauma. I also offer focused consultations for time-sensitive transitions related to school, work, parenting, and health challenges.
Finding the right therapist is about finding the right fit. I would be happy to provide you with more information about my treatment services to help you in this process.

Mind-Healing-Sleep (CBT-i)

Got Insomnia? Cognitive Behavioral Treatment for Insomnia (CBT-i) is a structured treatment which focuses on effective ways to change your thinking and routines around sleep. You can break the exhausting cycle of sleep deprivation. Mind-Healing-Sleep is a small group approach to CBT-i built on the idea that when you improve your sleep, you improve your life. Who doesn't want more energy, better health, and manageable moods? In 6-10 sessions, you can learn to identify barriers to good quality sleep, customize your coping strategies, and maintain your motivation in a supportive environment.
