I believe that a trusting rapport is most important in a therapeutic relationship and will always spend the time needed to help you to feel comfortable, regardless of how long it takes.
I provide an accepting, supportive, positive, and compassionate environment where I strive for you to feel comfortable to be yourself and say it like it is. I will meet you where you're at and support you in gaining the confidence and skills to get to where you want to be, keeping your preferences, values, and culture at the forefront of our work together.
We all need a little something extra from time to time. I work with teenagers (ages 13-17) and adults (ages 18-59), helping them to reach their goals, even if they aren't entirely sure what those goals are or how to get there.
