Hi! My name is Jenny and I am an independently licensed social worker in Ohio. I am comfortable working with children, adolescents, and adults. I have experience helping client's with anxiety, depression, PTSD, stress, and emotional regulation, coping skills, and trauma.
I integrate a variety of therapeutic interventions to support the unique and diverse needs of each client. My practice draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Mindfulness.
