Hello! I'm currently offering video sessions for clients in California, Colorado, and Florida. Doing sessions via a secure and confidential website means you can have therapy from anywhere. I absolutely love my job as a therapist and enjoy being able to help others reach a high level of satisfaction in their careers and personal relationships. My approach is mostly collaborative-I believe in tailoring treatment plans for each individual with their input. My training started in medical family therapy and I have a strong background in treating anxiety, depression, addictions, and eating disorders.
Because I love working with couples, I also sought additional training in sexual dysfunction, anger management in relationships, and ways to improve communication in couples. I am certified as a national PREPARE/ENRICH counselor, which is an empirically-supported program for pre-marital or marital enrichment.
