I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 14 years of experience. I specialize in working with adolescents, couples, and adults with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, grief, stress, trauma, perinatal and postpartum mood disorders, relationship issues, and life transitions. I have specialized experience working with the pregnant and postpartum population. I also have previous experience working with survivors of domestic violence and in a medical setting specializing in women's health.
I received my Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Louisiana. I am trained in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), perinatal and postpartum mood disorders, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches.
