My foundational style blends Relational, Psychodynamic, CBT, DBT, Solution-focused, and Positive Psychology orientations, with a trauma-informed lens.

I have expanded my repertoire by studying MBSR at Brown University, and attending trainings with Dr. Van der Kolk (Frontiers of Trauma Treatment), Drs. Neff & Germer (Mindful Self-Compassion), as well as Gottman Method Couples-Level 1. Also, I am a Certified Life Coach, and completed Usui Reiki-Level 2.
