I utilize evidenced based approaches to help you restore balance and achieve wellness mentally, physically, and spiritually. No two people are alike, so I create customized treatment plans tailored to your unique style of processing and individual needs.
I am a licensed clinician who has been working in the field of mental health for over 25 years. I specialize in areas that impact a person’s relationship to their body including, but not limited to, eating disorders, chronic illness, and trauma. I am a certified clinical trauma professional with extensive training and experience in treating eating disorders.
I completed my Bachelor's Degree in psychology at the University of Scranton with conbcentrations in human development and women’s studies. I earned my Master’s Degree from West Chester University in Social Work, and I completed a post-graduate certificate in Advanced Integrative Adolescent Psychotherapy at Bryn Mawr College.
