I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and certified school counselor with 14 years experience in working with children, adolescents, and adults in various settings. As a teacher and school counselor at the elementary and high school levels, I had the opportunity to help students and their families address academic, social, and behavioral needs.
I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults in hospital, school, and office settings. I enjoy helping people who are experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, and trauma due to physical or sexual abuse, as well as those who are navigating stressful life transitions, such as relationship issues or job changes.
I incorporate an individualized approach dependent upon the specific needs of each client. Specialized training in Trauma-Focused CBT and mindfulness, as well as Play Therapy, CBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy allows me to help clients achieve positive outcomes, growth, and success in their personal lives.
