Therapy is more than overcoming struggles or navigating life’s challenges—it’s about connecting with yourself and what truly matters to you. In our work together, I offer a compassionate and collaborative space where you feel heard and empowered. At the same time, we will take a direct approach, aimed at challenging patterns, reframing perspectives, and exploring new ways of being. Most often, I work with anxiety, depression, perfectionism, boundaries, life transitions, trauma, body image, identity issues, and parenting support. I am also passionate about Health at Every Size (HAES), Intuitive Eating, and anti-diet principles.
I specialize in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which helps bridge the gap between navigating thoughts and feelings and taking meaningful action. By learning how to engage with challenging thoughts and feelings, mind-body awareness, identifying what matters most to you, and aligning with your values, we can move toward the life you want to live.
