I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. If you are finding yourself in a place where you feel confused, stuck, or dissatisfied with certain areas of your life, I am here to help you understand why and what needs to change. I understand this process can feel overwhelming, so developing safety and comfort in our sessions is my priority and what allows for the transformation to happen! In our work together, you will find us developing a safe and connected relationship to be able to find more adaptive, effective ways to navigate your emotions and the life experiences you are encountering.
I work from a trauma-informed, attachment lens, and use Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Processing (AEDP), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Emotionally Focused Family Therapy (EFFT) as foundations for therapy, yet adapt from person to person and honor you as an individual.
I typically work with clients who are struggling to navigate their emotions, facing relationship challenges, or dealing with difficult life transitions. I specialize in helping clients process past or present traumatic experiences and support them in making sense of their past while moving forward.
