I will work with you on stabilizing your interpersonal relationships, helping you achieve healthy boundaries and feeling more in control of your emotions. I also especially enjoy working with children, adolescents, and teens. I utilize play therapy in my work with childern.
I have a certification in TF-CBT which is one of the leading treatment modalities for treating trauma in children ages 4-21. I integrate Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) to change how we think about the things that happen to us in order to live a fuller, more satisfying lives.
