About
In these challenging times, it takes a great deal of courage to reach out for support and I am happy that you have taken the first step. I am here to help you find the tools that will best work for you as you navigate life’s challenges and obstacles. I am a seasoned social worker with a passion for helping people. I have 15 years of experience working in a clinical setting with varied age groups. My most recent experience was in a level one trauma center. I worked with patients through anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, substance use, loss and grief.
My goal is to help you achieve the desired changes you seek in your life by focusing on a goal oriented, strengths-based approach from a non-judgmental and supportive perspective. Life is full of transitions and I want my clients to feel supported in this process.
We will explore your goals and make sure that we are a good fit with genuine trust and rapport, because you need to feel comfortable and supported in your journey. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, or are struggling to adjust with changes in your life, I would welcome the opportunity to work with you.
