I have 15 years of experience working in a clinical setting with varied age groups. My most recent experience was in a level one trauma center. I worked with patients through anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, substance use, loss and grief.
My goal is to help you achieve the desired changes you seek in your life by focusing on a goal oriented, strengths-based approach from a non-judgmental and supportive perspective. Life is full of transitions and I want my clients to feel supported in this process.
