Relationships are difficult to navigate. I work to create a safe place in which one can open up without judgement and feel genuinely cared for. Being a seasoned therapist, I have many tools in my toolbox. I am a certified EMDR therapist. My work is custom fit and collaborative. We work at your pace and focus on what you want to focus on. I really enjoy my clients, this work, and seeing the lifting of burdens.
I have experience working with the old and young. I am skilled in helping adults navigate depression, bipolar, personality disorders, anxiety, interpersonal relationships, life transitions, chronic illness, stress, grief and loss, couple and marital issues. Also, I can help children and teens with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, divorce, trauma, abuse.
Although I have a lot of experience in working with individuals with different struggles, I also have a specialty of Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with children and teens. I am a certified EMDR therapist. I have experience using play therapy (EMDR) with little ones. Also, I have a strong background in grief counseling.
