I work with people across different ages and stages, including teens figuring things out, young adults navigating big decisions, parents juggling invisible pressures, and adults feeling stuck or burned out. My background in schools gives me deep insight into how systems, stress, and expectations can quietly take a toll, but my work extends beyond that.
I work especially well with teens, young adults, parents, educators, and anyone feeling stretched thin or stuck in the “shoulds.” Many of my clients are thoughtful and capable, but unsure how to focus on their own needs.
My communication style is warm, honest, and down-to-earth. I create a space where you can show up exactly as you are. No need to filter or have it all together. I listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, and offer feedback that’s both supportive and straightforward.
