I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and certified Perinatal Mental Health Specialist who supports individuals across all stages of parenthood, from preconception through postpartum and beyond. I also work more broadly with women navigating challenges related to reproductive health, identity shifts, life transitions, relationships, trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD, and the complex emotional terrain that often accompanies these experiences.
My clinical focus includes reproductive health concerns such as infertility, miscarriage, pregnancy loss, birth trauma, and postpartum mood and anxiety disorders.
I have a particular passion for walking alongside those facing difficult or traumatic journeys to parenthood. These processes can be emotionally and physically intense, and I provide a space to navigate the complex feelings that often accompany fertility treatments, including grief, hope, anxiety, relationship stress, and decision fatigue.
I place a strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship and strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered. My approach is authentic, person-centered, and rooted in compassion. I am also a Board Approved Supervisor for both the Maryland Board of Social Work and Board of Professional Counselors.

Infertility During the Holidays
Infertility is a life crisis with compounded complex grief and no known end in sight. There is no one right way to tackle the holiday season, just as there is no one right way to grieve. The goal of this group is to be surrounded by those who “get it”, assess personal self care efforts, and to help ease some of the additional stressors that come with the holiday season.
