I am currently accepting new clients. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and certified Perinatal Mental Health Specialist that works with individuals going through all stages of parenthood ranging from preconception to postpartum parenting. I work with clients navigating challenges related to reproductive health, traumatic journeys to parenthood, infertility, miscarriage and perinatal loss, birth trauma, postpartum mood/anxiety disorders, and OCD. I provide therapeutic support to both individuals struggling with transitional stressors and/or those who are in need of long term supportive care.
I have completed specialized training in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders through Postpartum Support International (PSI) and am certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C). I am a Clinical Supervisor in the State of Maryland for both The Board of Social Work Examiners and for The Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists.
I place emphasis on the importance of a strong therapeutic relationship. My style is authentic and person centered. Having navigated my own infertility journey, I can relate to individuals moving through that chapter. Infertility During the Holidays
Infertility is a life crisis with compounded complex grief and no known end in sight. There is no one right way to tackle the holiday season, just as there is no one right way to grieve. The goal of this group is to be surrounded by those who “get it”, assess personal self care efforts, and to help ease some of the additional stressors that come with the holiday season.
