Evening appointments available. My top priority is to create a judgement-free space where you can address any issue you are wrestling with: relationship issues, depression, betrayal, trauma, life transitions, conflict, personal growth, and more. Your experiences and feelings are valid and worthy of being heard. I am a Certified Clinical Partner Specialist trained in the APSATS - Multidimensional Partner Trauma Model and the Early Recovery Couples Empathy Model (ERCEM). I have completed Level 1 & 2 of the Gottman Method Couples Therapy, am a certified SYMBIS facilitator (premarital counseling) and Brainspotting practitioner.
I deeply believe in everyone's ability to change, heal, and grow. My role is to come alongside my clients; to help you accomplish your goals and feel better. I will use strategies you are comfortable with, leverage your strengths, and offer practical skills you can use on your own. All this occurs in a caring, patient, and encouraging environment.
Facing complicated or frightening emotions is one of the bravest things you can do, but it doesn't have to be faced alone.
