We can also work together in person or via teletherapy, and if you're a parent seeking help for your children, there are ways to work together online if that better fits your needs.
I have worked with children, teens, families, and adults with various issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transition, career changes, and self-worth. I also utilize animal assistant therapy, working with a retired service dog in sessions.
