Morning and afternoon availability (9am-3pm): I support adults 18 and up, couples, identifying gay men, men and women from all military branches and first responders. I navigate the main following areas with my clients; complex trauma, life transitions, anxiety, grief, relationship challenges/dynamics, self-esteem concerns, active duty, deployment, and racial identity or systemic issues.
I integrate approaches such as EMDR, Parts Work, Narrative Therapy, Gestalt therapy, Hypnotherapy, Bibliotherapy, and other humanistic modalities to meet you where you are. Together, we’ll work to process past experiences, understand patterns, and build tools that support healing, clarity, and meaningful change.
