About
I work with a diverse client population with struggles unique to each individual. Life unfortunately has no road map or single, final destination. Many find themselves searching for counseling when they feel lost, defeated, depressed, anxious, or hurting. I am here to offer a safe space to those looking to make change. I focus on helping you reach your goals by exploring behaviors and thought patterns. I focus heavily on helping you learn skills and tools to help reduce your stress and to empower you to be able to make change where it counts.
The decision to seek help can be a very overwhelming and intimidating one. My role as a therapist is to provide a safe space where you can feel relaxed and move at your own pace. I offer a client centered approach. I believe you are the expert in your own life. I am here to help guide you towards your goals.
Through my own struggles I have learned acceptance, empathy, and understanding. I know what it is like to be different and to be judged. I offer a non-judgmental approach safe environment where we work together to help you navigate the roadmap to your life to be the healthiest version of yourself that you can be.
