Jennifer has experience working with children, adolescents, adults and the geriatric population. She worked in the healthcare industry for almost 10 years assisting patients in coping with the diagnosis of chronic illness. Jennifer recently became certified as a Synergetic Play Therapist.
Jennifer tailors each treatment to the patient’s individual needs and uses a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, stress management, play therapy, inner child work, mood management and emotional regulation, anxiety reduction, strength identification and empowerment to help patients meet the their goals.

Her goal is to help patients identify what is preventing them from achieving their greatest potential and develop strategies to overcome these issues by restoring their sense of self.
