I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Education Specialist & Registered 200-HR Yoga Teacher. I use a "top down/bottom up" approach in our work together, which means it is trauma-informed, & integrates the body, the mind & the spirit. Together, we combine various techniques that incorporate traditional talk therapies, movement & breathe-work with self care.
