I work hard to listen and understand the needs of each individual I work with. I offer a wellness approach into a therapy session to improve well-being and self-awareness through focusing on the mind/body/spirit connection. It’s an honor to share time with each client as we walk through the therapeutic process.
I work with adolescents, adults and couples. I feel an emotional pull to work with individuals going through transitional stages, peer conflict, self-harm, and body image issues. I am devoted to creating a safe relational environment to encourage self-growth and self-awareness in each client’s unique individual path to change.
