I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker-Clinical Practice with eight years of experience in the mental health field. I am passionate about helping people of all ages live their fullest life. I specialize in trauma and have completed EMDR training. My areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, PTSD, relationship issues, and substance use disorders.
I completed my Master of Social Work degree at Boston University in 2016. I take an individualized approach to therapy and believe that everyone needs to be seen as the unique individual they are before change can happen. I utilize multiple treatment approaches, including trauma-focused CBT, DBT, the internal family systems model, and EMDR.
