Now accepting new patients! I provide psychotherapy for individual adults to help you cope with your present, understand your past, and generally find more ease in your life. All with a healthy mix of compassionate warmth and irreverent humor.
I have experience treating multiple issues, including anxiety, depression, eating/body image concerns, life transitions, and the effects of traumatic experiences. I also have a particular interest in working with those who have suffered from racism, homophobia, disability discrimination and other forms of oppression.
I use a psychodynamic and relational approach, with a side of mindfulness. My practice is sex-positive, kink and poly-friendly, and LGBTQIA+ affirming.
If you are interested in working together, please reach out via the contact form on my website.
