As a Holistic Psychotherapist & Coach I provide integrative therapy to heal the mind, body and Soul connection. I am passionate in helping to bring about healing and inner transformation for my clients. I utilize a holistic approach, as I believe that true healing involves more than just addressing our mind. In therapy, I can help you develop your inner strength to transform emotional responses and clear blocks that have kept you stuck. In your therapy session, you will be provided a supportive environment with the goal of bringing clarity, peace and connection to your mind, body and soul.
I have developed a unique approach that blends western psychology modalities with eastern therapies and practices such as Comprehensive Energy Psychology, Therapeutic Yoga, Meditation, Mindfulness Cognitive Therapy and Psychosomatic healing & embodiment. Sessions will address the root cause of issues through an emotional, spiritual and energetic perspective.
My Holistic practice specializes in treating clients for a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, topics around motherhood, fertility and body connection, conscious parenting, healing and transforming dysfunctional family patterns, life transitions, as well as deeply healing the wounded aspects of Self.
